J.R Watkins Compensation Plan

The most common reason to join Watkins is to make money for sure. Some people are interested in only part-time work, others want to go in full-time. Whatever your choice, now and down the road, Watkins is flexible!

The Watkins Compensation Plan

Unlike other companies, I have no problem sharing our compensation plan with you. This is YOUR business and you are doing research to see if it's the right fit for you. Understanding all the ins and outs is key to a successful business!

Every $1 roughly equates to 1 point. Points are totalled up at the end of each month and if you reach a new level, Watkins will pay you extra on your sales. PLUS the sales are cumulative for the month. So if you place a small order let's say, for $100 you won't get a discount right away but you will get free S&H. Then maybe in another week that month you get some orders in and place $250 in sales, you still get free S&H but this time you get 15% discount on your order, thus making minimum 15% profit. Now perhaps at month end you collect some more orders and you place a $200 orders. You get free S&h of course and another 15% discount on that order. HOWEVER - you are not done! At the end of the month, Watkins looks at your total saels and volume and would pays you comissions based on total volume and levels you reached.

So your total volume is (Order 1 = $100+ Order 2=$ 250 + Order 3 = $200) for a monthly total of $550. This puts you at the 20% discout range. Now Watkins owes you money!

So on the first order you didn't receive any discount right? You now get 20% on the $100 you ordered. On the 2nd order you got 15% but there's a 5% difference (since you are at the 20% level.) So Watkins owes you 5% there. The same with your third order.

Order 1 $100 x 20% = $20.00
Order 2 $ 250 x 5% = $12.50
Order 3 $ 200 x 5% = $ 10.00

So Watkins owes you $42.50 plus you are Bronze Manager at that level and get an additional 3% bonus plus any payment on your downline sales.

Of course, this is your business to so what you charge your customers is up to you. I personally add a couple dollars to each item to cover the cost of my time, credit card charges and the risk of ordering. If you begin doing trade shows and booth sales you can easily do $500-$1000 or more depending on the venue over a 2 day show. Some consultants have sales in the $4,000 or higher range depending on the size of the show for a 3 day event. It all depends on how much time you have and what kind of sales you wish to do.

I also recommend building a team so you are paid on team sales and bonuses which can total $8250 (USD) in advancements. This is a business designed to be built up and stable. It's not a get rich quick scheme, so if you are looking for something like that I will be honest and tell you this is not it (and anything out there that looks like it's a get rich quick business is likely a scam and will end up in disappointment!)

This is a business, like all businesses, it takes time, dedication and comittment. It requires setting goals and being realistic and most of all - not giving up! It will increase in sales and you will increase your profit but only if you work the business diligently. You get what you put in, that's the same with ANY business!

At the 2000 points range you also qualify for Manager the first month and if you reach 2000 points the next month you become a manager and will also get paid bonus income (depends on bonus value of products and size of your team etc.) The month after you reach manager, you are eligible for up to $500 USD in extra payout each month for the next 11 consecutive months so long as you maintain your manager title. This is a new program Watkins introduced called the "Manager Bonus".

There are also Bronze, Silver, Gold manager levels as well as Bronze, Silver, Gold Executive levels. With time, dedication and perserverence, these levels are all within reach. Consultants at these levels are regular people who started from the ground-up and treated Watkins like the real business it is. They didn't expect to get rich overnight and they knew it would take work to get to where they wanted to be (and now they are!)
